Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer to join our Operations team. This is a Contract-to-Hire position designed to support essential quality assurance functions in a high-demand environment. The role involves both manual and automation testing, with a focus on ensuring seamless functionality across various web services and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automation testing across 50+ web services, ensuring high standards for releases.
• Develop, rewrite, and run Jenkins scripts to automate test jobs; troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Jenkins jobs that fail.
• Collaborate closely with the testing team to support end-to-end testing processes, ensuring all services are up and running smoothly.
• Perform hands-on testing with Selenium, executing both performance and shake-out testing to ensure optimal service functionality.
• Conduct testing during high-demand periods, including holidays and weekends, as needed to support critical operations.
• Support full testing cycles for releases, validating performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation and manual testing.
• Proficiency in Jenkins for scripting, job management, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated web service testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within an operations-focused team.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
