Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in product management, encompassing a strong background in Software, SAAS, and Cloud Platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements from stakeholders and customers, crafting user stories, and driving the evolution of our software cloud platform. The role involves collaborating with consortium partner companies to ensure seamless integration and the continuous enhancement of our SAAS products.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and challenges.
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging technologies.
4. Translate gathered insights into comprehensive and actionable product requirements.

1. User Stories and Documentation:
2. Utilize Confluence and JIRA to document user stories, epics, and product requirements.
3. Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of specifications.
4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning with business goals.

1. SAAS Product Management:
2. Drive the development and enhancement of SAAS-based UBQ Network, a platform that collaborates various supply-chain associated partners.
3. Oversee the track and trace functionality for fresh produce, ensuring compliance and quality.
4. Implement condition monitoring features to guarantee the integrity of temperature-sensitive goods – indoor as well as in-transit.

1. Ecosystem Platform:
2. Creation of an ecosystem platform, fostering collaboration and innovation.
3. Establish patterns for seamless integration within the platform, ensuring scalability.

1. Consortium Partner Collaboration:
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consortium partner companies.
3. Gather information and feedback to enhance the functionality and value of the cloud platform.

1. Partner program integration:

1.Work with third party software platform providers and integrate data service to

satisfy end customer needs as required.

2.Coordinate and manage software platform customization needs for international sales team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, specializing in SAAS solutions.
2. Strong background in Software, SAAS, and Cloud Platforms.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and innovative products.
4. Experience in gathering requirements and writing user stories using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
5. Background in Cold Chain Management, Track and Trace, and Condition Monitoring indoor and Logistics is highly desirable.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
