WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Systems Analyst for Nike Learning Platforms - Workday, you will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of our Learning landscape utilization and functionality. Overseeing day-to-day processes within the LMS and supporting solutions and serving as liaison between customers & multiple vendors as well as deploying all processes and reporting on the data and outcome of those processes when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team and take responsibility for implementing and maintaining an enterprise-level Learning Management System (LMS). This includes maintaining and updating multiple environments, such as staging, non-production, and production, for both the LMS and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will be responsible for documenting the system configuration, driving process improvements, and participating in product planning and releases. Additionally, you will oversee account maintenance, security roles, and user access, acting as the technical domain expert for the system. Integration with other Nike Inc. platforms and providing regular reports on user access and ticketing issues will also be an essential job duty.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Our Systems Analyst will effectively collaborate with various teams across Workday Engineering, TPM, Architecture, and other technology teams. You will work closely with the People Solutions team to address and resolve any LMS/LXP issues reported by end users. This will involve partnering with other technology teams and vendors to enhance processes and find solutions based on customer needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with functional areas to establish complex business rules for creating groups within the LXP, ensuring correct implementation by tracking rules and coordinating with external consulting vendors as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of Workday configuration experience in the module/modules of your experience (certification is a plus)
- Preferred experience with implementing and sustaining an enterprise level LMS (preferred - including large migrations)
- Demonstrating knowledge of Learning Configurator as applicable to Workday (preferred)
- Strong general understanding of HCM data with a focus on learning and reporting
- Deep knowledge of Business Process Framework and Security with core HCM, Learning BP, Condition Rules, Alerts, Report Scheduling, etc. (Workday preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented. Must be able to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests.
- Commitment to excellence in delivery of customer service.
- Exceptional Learning Technology skills across multiple platforms (Large LMS and LXP Platform - Degreed)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally within the organization
- Strong problem solving and priority setting skills
- Ability to make recommendations for business process or system changes to meet business requirements
- Self-sufficient, comfortable with ambiguity
- Solid project management skills (familiar with Agile)
- Worked with Ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
