Senior Software Engineer with SaaS Data Modeling Company - Downtown Boston at Motion Recruitment

Job Description A SaaS data modeling company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to their team. As a Senior Engineer you’ll be working directly on the company’s core analytics platform used to collect data from natural catastrophes. This role is a direct hire and is two days a week in downtown Boston. The company is a leading provider of catastrophe risk modeling solutions, and they help insurance companies assess the risk of natural disasters. You’ll work directly on their flagship multi-tenant risk assessment platform and work alongside cross functional teams in a highly scalable environment. Ideal candidates are full stack developers and have exposure to cloud services in AWS. Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in C# and .NET Core
• Highly skilled in Angular 2+
• Skilled in REST API development
• Skilled in AWS
• Skilled in PostgreSQL
• Exposure to Microservices

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in the SaaS or Insurance Industry
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Degree in a related field
• Strong technical skills
