This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
This position is contingent upon customer requirements and/or their approval.
In this role, you will:
+ Responsible for evaluating and preparing system engineering and technical analysis documentation to include: Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Software Installation Guides, and User manuals for a complex integrated Enterprise Management suite of High Performance Computing SW solutions.
+ Must utilize systems engineering experience in carrying out functions, including configuration and resource management, quality assurance, and software integration, acquisition, and testing.
+ Must contribute to the development of System Engineering plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specification, an Interface Control Documents.
+ Will also need to record and display internally developed solutions through development of deep-dive documents, flow charts, layout, as well as diagrams.
+ Qualifications must include: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
+ Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux based environments.
+ Solid experience in administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX).
+ Experience with virtualize and containerization.
+ Experience with monitoring systems.
+ Experience with automation software (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Salt).
+ Solid scripting skills (e.g. shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python).
+ Solid network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
+ U.S. Citizenship.
+ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
+ 10 years of demonstrated experience.
+ Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux based environments.
+ Solid experience in administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX).
+ Experience with virtualize and containerization.
+ Experience with monitoring systems.
+ Experience with automation software (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Salt).
+ Solid scripting skills (e.g. shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python).
+ Solid network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
