The **Microsoft Store Experience team within Customer Experience** plays a critical role in the company's digital transformation as we build and run the services to power and transform Microsoft.com, Store marketing, Retail experiences, and Commerce. As part of our ambitious goals, we want to transform how Customers across web & mobile find Microsoft.com and then search for, discover and purchase the best content for their unique & personal needs across a wide array of products, services, support information, and other categories.

+ Effectively partner with stakeholders to formulate innovative approaches to solve problems

+ Lead design and architectural discussions across teams
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years software engineering experience with proficiency in C#, Python or similar programming language and strong debugging skills
+ 2+ years of deep knowledge of the Microsoft development stack and technologies, such as .NET, Azure, REST APIs and modern engineering principles
+ 4+ years of experience with Agile and DevOps practices such as Continuous Delivery, TDD, and Testing in Production
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Azure big data processing a plus
+ Curiosity with a desire to continuously learn, share and collaborate to improve yourself, and your teammates.
+ Solid written/verbal communications skills and excellent problem-solving skills
+ Strong design and implementation skills
*Preference for candidate to be in Redmond, relocation available.
