We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions that are transforming the way we build and design. With a team that values collaboration, innovation, and creativity, we're looking for a candidate who can bring a wealth of experience to our table. Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, your role will be multi-faceted and vital to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure software applications that are integral to our construction processes.
2. Collaborating with a team of engineers, developers, and designers to create innovative solutions to complex problems.
3. Utilizing your expertise in full stack web development, React, Angular, CICD, and Node to improve our software systems and applications.
4. Leading and participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
5. Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and focusing on continuous integration and delivery.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues and providing detailed technical analysis.
7. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Software Engineer position, you must meet the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, specifically in full stack web development
3. Proven experience in developing and maintaining software applications in the insurance or similar industry.
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for complex challenges.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
7. Proven experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

3. Proven experience in developing and maintaining software applications in the insurance or similar industry.
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
