This company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of its innovative healthcare technology solutions. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable software, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in software engineering for mission-critical environments.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP. Proficiency in frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications, as well as understanding modern development practices like Agile.
- Ability to design and execute complex projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Jira, Docker, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is often expected.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills, along with a passion for innovation and quality delivery.
- Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes, and experience with modern DevOps practices.
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Developer, or other relevant technical qualifications.
- A proven ability to lead and mentor teams, strong client interaction capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions?.
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
- Create and manage software architectures that support scalability and reliability.
