Software Engineer
Remote during contract but must be able to be onsite once converted in either Las Vegas, NV; Reno, NV; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; Davenport, IA; Sioux, City IA; or Richmond, VA

World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Software Engineer.
Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on supporting various applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle databases, EDI, and .NET, and will be responsible for maintaining and updating software, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remittance processes, including application server support and interfacing with the EDI Group for daily bank transactions.
- Handle energy efficiency extracts, creating outbound files using Oracle packages and .NET, and coordinating with the EDI team for distribution.
- Update service account passwords every 90 days and follow established procedures for these updates.
- Act as a liaison between the business and the Mavro vendor for remittance software issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle databases
- Experience with .NET for creating and managing outbound files.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with multiple support teams.
- Familiarity with EDI processes and mainframe systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with other databases like SQL Server and Mainframe is nice to have
