Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer in Enterprise Solutions at Vuori, you will play a critical leadership role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for our core business systems. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Wholesale applications. Your responsibilities will span the design, development, and maintenance of these systems, as well as ensuring seamless integrations between them. Utilizing your expertise in object-oriented programming and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies, you will help create efficient, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a senior member of the software development team that implements and supports enterprise solutions, with a focus on integrations, ERP (specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations), WMS, and other business applications, while collaborating with development leads and other team members.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using technologies such as .NET and X++.
- Utilize cloud services to build scalable and reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality software.
- Utilize object-oriented programming principles to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure the robustness and reliability of code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues and provide technical support when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions and integrations.
- Proficient in integration technologies and protocols.
- Understanding of space and time complexity, Big O Notation.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP is a major plus and a requirement for this position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and DevOps is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as X++ highly preferred C# and Java.
- Familiarity with database design and SQL.
- Experience with T-SQL.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.

Pay Range: From $148,000-$175,000/yr
