Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer for the Army Division.

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: APG in Aberdeen, MD

JOB STATUS: Full-time

TRAVEL: Estimated at 20%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, System, Software or Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Years of Experience: 12 years of direct experience working with user representatives, and Army and Joint programs to develop and execute interoperability testing between systems.
• Current Top Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible. US Citizens only
• Certification: N/A

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 12 years of direct experience with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance software systems.
• 12 years of direct experience in the design, integration, configuration, and analysis of complex software systems, military electronics, computer networking, and digital and graphic display systems.
• Includes direct experience with Department of Defense System Engineering processes
