Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the Client ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
- Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ASP.NET (C#).
- Support Client Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
- Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
- Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
- Development and coding experiences using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .NET (C#).
- Experience in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
- System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
- Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
- Ability to coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
- Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices / lessons learnt.
- Additional:
- Windows servers knowledge and experiences
- FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.
