As a Sr. Social Media Specialist at ETS, you will be responsible for crafting, managing, and optimizing social media content for our executive leaders, with focused efforts managing social media content for ETSs CEO. You will play a key role in elevating ETSs executive leader presence across social media platforms by creating engaging, timely, and relevant content.
This position requires a combination of excellent writing skills, creative content creation, and a deep understanding of social media analytics and strategy. The role will report to the Executive Director of Corporate Communications and will work closely with communication, design, and marketing teams to ensure ETSs Executive Leaders have a cohesive and impactful social media presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Management:
- Draft social media posts for executive leaders, including the CEO, across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Threads.
- Create polished assets and videos tailored for various social media channels.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the ETS brand, leader voice and authentic key messaging.
Research & Trend Analysis:
- News scan on industry hot topics and trending news, data, and social media trends to inform content creation.
- Perform social listening to stay updated on timely news and topics relevant to ETS and its leaders.
Strategy & Collaboration:
- Execute on approved social media strategies that focus on audience growth, engagement, and community building.
- Collaborate with communication teams to create additional content and assets that can be repurposed for social media use.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to uncover insights and learnings for content strategy improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations on social media performance that will include actionable recommendations for continual learning.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community for managed social communities.
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
SKILLS
- Solid experience in social content creation and editing.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Video production experience, including familiarity with in-app creator tools and video editing software like Adobe Premiere.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ideate and develop social-first campaigns.

Required Experience:
EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, writing, and editing within an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven experience in creating and managing content across various social media platforms.
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail in content creation and editing.
