Job Overview:
T&G Constructors is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Operations Manager (Senior Site Superintendent) to oversee and optimize the performance of large-scale commercial construction projects. Typically managing one large project at a time, this role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is pivotal for ensuring seamless execution of projects and maintaining TG Constructors' reputation for excellence.
This is a field-based position where you'll head to the job site directly from home, equipped with a company truck and work-related mileage reimbursement. Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to manage subcontractors, inspections, or weather-related adjustments.

- Planning & Analysis:
- Conduct Team Readiness Analysis and Jobsite Safety Analysis before each project begins.
- Plan work sequences, manpower levels, and material needs to ensure project readiness.
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee daily site operations, supervising project staff, including Site Operations Managers, project engineers, assistant managers, foremen, and in-house labor.
- Lead and mentor foremen and craft employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordination & Liaison:
- Act as the primary link between project management, field engineering, estimating, and subcontractors.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management regarding jobsite activities, progress, and potential challenges.
- Safety Leadership:
- Oversee and enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring safe practices are upheld.
- Participate in accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure weekly project paperwork and daily logs are processed accurately.
- Facilitate preconstruction scope and schedule reviews based on RFPs, specifications, and drawings.
- Problem-Solving & Compliance:
- Identify and resolve design conflicts, errors, or omissions in contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external record-keeping requirements, emphasizing accurate timecard coding and activity reflection.
- Performance & Productivity:
- Monitor and address productivity issues to maintain work performance efficiency for company employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Professional Development:
- Continuously update professional knowledge and skills to enhance team innovation and productivity.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent technical training and experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience managing large projects ($20M+) with multiple phases.
- Certifications:
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools like RedTeam, Procore, and Excel is highly required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must own and maintain a laptop for work purposes.

Work Schedule:
