About the Job
SiloSmashers is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support our federal law enforcement client with SharePoint development.
SiloSmashers enables our federal client to effectively implement and manage strategic priorities that impact communication, policy, training, workforce development, human resources, recruiting, and hiring throughout our client's Agency.
Duties include:
· Provide management and support day-to-day SharePoint maintenance and development tasks, enforcing Agency and Division guidelines as required
· Provide support to SharePoint development projects for Division.
· Build automated solutions via SharePoint (or other Microsoft platforms), ensuring connectivity and ease of use for all transitions, and ensuring data can be captured in an easy way for good analytics
· Provide SharePoint subject matter expertise, assist with creating and developing user interfaces utilizing JAVA scripts and automations apps, assist with develop requirements for enhanced functionalities and user experience.
· Provide SharePoint support identifying requirements for creating user interfaces for key business processes in supply chain, product requests and process automation
· Create reports and dashboards using data standardization, cleansing, and dashboard development applications.
· Provide SharePoint training and guidance to end users within the Division.
· Participate in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.
· Collect data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries
· Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.
· Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with eight (8) year or more of data analysis experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has ten (10) or more years of experience.
· Eight (8) years or more experience in configuration management and development of operational systems to include SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365 products.
· Eight (8) years or more experience in leading complex SharePoint projects and automation configuration efforts.
· Five (5) years or more experience with gathering customer requirements, interaction with multiple stakeholder groups, and ability to prioritize and communicate project status updates.
· Five (5) years or more of Data Analytical experience on data management activities as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat.
· Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
· • Ability to use Java Script and HTML for customized solutioning.
