Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer - The Misch Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the development, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow HRSD modifications and enhancements. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with customers, business analysts, process consultants, and team members to thoroughly understand business requirements. These insights will guide the analysis and design of high-quality technical solutions that align with both business and IT strategies. The role demands effective collaboration within an Agile framework, ensuring clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development and Configuration of ServiceNow HRSD: 50%

• Technical Design and Solutioning: 20%

• Troubleshooting: 20%

• Mentorship of Junior Team Members: 10%

Required Qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding and application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.

• Ability to work under general direction, providing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.

• Proven capacity to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, alongside a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree with an additional 2 years of experience, 6 years of direct experience, or relevant professional certification). Non-degree higher education may count as one year of experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, or 5 years with any ServiceNow module.

• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist credential.

• At least 3 years of experience in Agile teams, with responsibilities including user story pointing.

• 5+ years of experience in technical solution design and creating technical documentation.

• 2+ years of experience leading technical or development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile certification, SAFe preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration.

• 2+ years of experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).

• 2+ years of experience with enterprise design thinking.
