Senior Service Engineer - Clarion Chase

We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced field service engineer to join a high growth, global semiconductor equipment manufacturer to install, maintain and repair wet chemistry equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, commission and test, complex electro-mechanicalequipment on-site and provide technical assistance to the customer.

Repair and perform maintenance on equipment

Liaise with customers

Train new employees and customers

Based in the Portland Oregon area, must be able to work in various locations and travel in excess of 80% or as required

Your Skills/Qualifications:

Associates degree in electrical/electronic engineering required or equivalent

Preferably with at least 5 years working experience as a service engineer in a similar manufacturing or electromechanics company

Experience in wafer fabrication / WET chemical processes is an advantage

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Self-motivated, self-confident, diplomatic skills and a team player

Ability to effectively interface with customers

Willing to travel extensively throughout U.S.

Must be able to successfully meet customer site access requirements such as: background checks safety training and cleanroom access
