Top Responsibilities:

• Preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks

• Facilitating the review and approval process for SEC filings with internal and external stakeholders - Partner with external auditors in supporting the audit of our financial statements

• Maintain current knowledge of new accounting standards and analyze the impact on financial statements

• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting

• CPA certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
