Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Scheduler/Analyst to join the team providing construction management services for key projects within the Capitol Complex. This role requires expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain engineering and construction project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
- Work with design and construction engineers to optimize schedules and mitigate delays.
- Analyze schedule-related claims and change orders to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Oversee and manage subordinate Project Schedulers.
- Provide detailed schedule reports to the Construction, Project, or Program Manager to support decision-making.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Minimum of 10 years in scheduling or related roles within engineering or construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or Business Management.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project
- Expertise in cost estimation and change order analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
