Senior SAP Operations Analyst - LaSalle Network

LaSalle Network has an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP Operations Analyst for a great company based out of Georgia! This manufacturing company is in the resigns and compound industry. This role has great room for growth!

The Senior SAP Operations Analyst plays a critical role by partnering with business process owners and technology groups to fully leverage SAP capabilities and drive process standardization, process efficiencies, automation and, ultimately, value creation. The Senior SAP Operations Analyst will also collaborate with global functional teams and external service providers to ensure high availability for SAP applications in their domain expertise as well as to successfully execute enhancements and project work.

They will be involved in eliciting requirements and will collaborate to design and to develop SAP solutions enabled through MM, SD, PP, PM and QM functionality. Their domain expertise will be leveraged through strong verbal and written communication skills.

Senior SAP Operations AnalystResponsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, plan and design SAP solutions
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirements
• Collaborate with lead functional consultants in driving and delivering SAP solutions
• Partner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements
• Partner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.)
• Collaborate with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop SAP solutions
• Support business teams in all testing activities
• Engage in incident resolution and data recovery
• Work with business process owners to support data migration as required in project execution
• Participate in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Assist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new SAP systems and modules
• Manage SLAs and KPIs with AMS
• Serve as overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applications
• Encourages others to listen using active listening skills
• Works well with other departments, functions, regions and cultures

Senior SAP Operations AnalystRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management or related technology field
• Certifications for SAP MM, PP and SD preferred
• Experience in PP/MM - need to be SME
• 5+ years in leading SAP ECC MM, SD and PP project work and support; SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience in process manufacturing and chemical industry
• Experience with Plant Maintenance and Quality Management is a plus
• Proven track record of success in collaborating in full cycle SAP implementations
• Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
• Broad exposure to SAP solutions implemented in diverse business functions required
• Desired previous experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA migration (brownfield or greenfield)
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
• Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a managed service environment a plus
