Job Title: Senior Salesforce Lead Developer (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $165,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our federal government clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce development best practices, architecture, and integration strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with federal government security and privacy requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to post-implementation support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on custom application development and integration.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and other Salesforce products.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required.
- Proven track record of success in federal government contracting projects.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in federal government environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Additional Information:
- The clearance process will take approximately 4-6 weeks from offer acceptance to the start date.
- This salary is non-negotiable and capped at $165,000 per year.
