Make Your Mark:
This position will be responsible for working on Salesforce projects to build custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform. This includes development in Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC components), JavaScript, and data model updates. The Salesforce platform is a highly customized and complex environment, so we're looking for someone with significant experience in solving complex business problems and designing performance-oriented solutions to work as part of the Salesforce development team. This is an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as well as create and enhance our technology roadmap.
You'll Get To:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
- Develop and maintain technical design documents
- Create and update system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plans
- Identify and fix defects in the system
- Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to scope work and produce estimates
- Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support
- Prioritize work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
- Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations
- Experience with enterprise integration architectures such as SOAP, RESTful, and ETL
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and learn new skills quickly
- Experience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving complex business problems
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry is preferred
- Source Control / Release Management (SFDX, Git)

Salary Range:
USD $160,000.00 - USD $213,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
