Hiring Immediately – As a full-time Sales and Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in contributing to our company growth. You will empower potential customers seeking creative solutions to sell distressed properties ("fixer-uppers"). With our proprietary sales method, and inbound leads (that means NO COLD-CALLING), we guarantee you will have everything you need to be successful. All leads are inbound, and appointments are even scheduled for you!

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging presentations on our solutions for distressed homeowners
- Collaborate with the inbound lead intake team to prepare for meetings
- Maintain pipeline and manage follow-up with qualified prospects
- Work with title and investor relations team to close deals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2C sales within home services, automotive, travel, final expense, debt consolidation, etc.
- Competitive, yet team-focused
- Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools
Compensation
- Uncapped earning potential plus competitive guarantee and 3-month training pay
- Total compensation potential: $120,000 (average) / $250,000+ (top-performers)
