HumCap’s client, a long standing family owned advertising agency in DFW, is searching for additional Sales Representatives to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your B2B sales expertise to connect with local businesses (restaurants, beauty salons, etc), build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of a highly localized and community-focused advertising platform. Locations
- Little Elm/SW Frisco/Colony: 1 Sales Representative needed
- North Dallas/West Richardson: 1 Sales Representative needed
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within your target market.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through calls, emails, and social selling that lead to in person prospect visits.
- Client Visits: Visit 20 local businesses per day, 3-4 days per week. Target clients include restaurants and beauty salons.
- Sales Cycle: Manage a 2-3 week sales cycle to close ad contracts.
- Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate with graphic designers for client ads post-sale.
- Process payments from clients.
- Sales Tools: Use sales tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Territory Knowledge: Reside within 5-10 miles of your assigned territory.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales or outside sales (e.g., door-to-door residential sales).
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong sense of integrity, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
- A professional, presentable image.
- Self-motivated work ethic with excellent time management skills.
- Passionate about community engagement and driving results.
