Senior Sales Representative
The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and identifying new business opportunities. You will be a key player in developing client relationships, strategizing for market growth, and guiding clients through the sales journey. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for closing deals. This is a base + commission role. Full details on the compensation plan will be shared during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients, using strong consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the sales leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success) to support customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales representatives, fostering a culture of learning and performance excellence.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or high-impact role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies for growth.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- College degree in marketing, promotions, advertising or sales preferred
