Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executives to join our expanding team across the US and Canada. If you are an innovative, passionate, and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply today!
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects, nurture existing customer relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Identify and reach out to potential clients within targeted industries and markets.
Explore business opportunities, deliver informative presentations, and participate in RFQ/RFP processes for PCB requirements.
Manage the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for the assigned region(s), providing accurate forecasts and deal insights.
Utilize internal tracking tools to monitor and forecast sales activities.
Maintain open communication with clients regarding engineering updates, production statuses, and delivery timelines.
Review contracts for accuracy, amendments, and quality standards.
Travel to customer sites, attend industry events, and facilitate factory visits as needed (20-40% travel expected).
Requirements:
Prior experience in the PCB industry is essential.
Minimum 3 years of inside sales or relevant B2B electronics sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to understand manufacturing processes.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Experience with RFQ/RFP processes, especially within Government entities, is advantageous.
U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
