· We need the person to play the role of HUNTER sales role - outbound sales.
· This role is very well supported across the organization - Solutioning, Marketing& Delivery/Operations
· This role will sell the outsourcing to the CXOs/Heads of Medium/Large MNCs - mainly in the areas of Finance and Accounting and Contract Management.
· We are looking for a BPO Senior Sales Executive eager to join our team and grow with us.

· The Senior Sales Executive will drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, and owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.

Job Description
· Articulate company value proposition to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach.
· Have the ability to complete the sales cycle from start to finish to the C-Suite level of an organization.
· Penetrate the target segment to sell our outsourced business services.
· Demonstrate a solid knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically within the outsourced business services -finance, accounting, procurement & legal.
· A hunter by nature; ability to open and close the sale from start to finish.
· Experience and history of closing sales of 1M or more while meeting annual revenue targets above $2 million 4-5 accounts.
· Proven BPO sales experience & Previous experience as a successful sales professional in BPO
· Prepare client proposals and close sales in accordance with policies and guidelines to assure business growth.
· Sales discipline with respect to identifying opportunities, recording contacts, maintaining the required number of prospects and closing sales on a regular, consistent basis.
· Ensure that individual targets are exceeded / achieved as well as collaborate to achieve team targets.
· Organize & represent the company at seminars and other industry-related networking events.
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - US Responsibilities
· As the Senior Sales Executive, you will: Articulate the company value proposition to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach; have the ability to complete the sales cycle from start to finish with minimal support to the C-Suite level of an organization.
· Penetrating the target segments to sell our outsourced business services.
· Demonstrate a solid knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically within the outsourced accounting and finance solutions market.
· Coordinate and lead needs analysis and scoping initiatives with the customer
· Leverage support organization as needed to create value offerings solution offering (value-based pricing and scope)
· Own and present formal proposals and lead negotiations with the prospect
· Coordinate complex decision-making/lead negotiations processes and overcome objections to closure.
· Be responsive to customer needs and follow through on all aspects of customer requests, both written and verbal in a timely manner Benefits
· The ability to travel 30-40%
· In order to be successful in the role you must possess the following: A good understanding of outsourced business services and processes, consultative selling, and experience selling business services.
· At least 4-6 years of experience in selling outsourcing preferably in the finance and accounting domain, with a proven track record of success in large revenue targets (not less than $1 million)
· Experience selling outsourced solutions or similar offerings to C Suite Executives/Heads at mid to large organizations.
· Experience in developing and executing territory sales plans.
· A high degree of persuasiveness and initiative; ambition and results-oriented; and strong skills in prospecting, planning, and delivery, analysis and problem solving, adaptability, and building and maintaining relationships.
