New Client Specialist (Senior Sales Associate)

Our premier estate planning law firm is looking for a concierge New Client Specialist (Salesperson) to provide an outstanding experience to our potential clients and guide them into a long-term relationship with our firm.

We start at a base salary of $50k with $2500 available performance-based bonuses every month.

$50,000+ plus bonuses DOE

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver a concierge-level experience to all potential clients, making them feel valued and supported.
• Manage all client interactions with poise, professionalism, and empathy.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and assess potential clients’ needs, goals, and concerns.
• Qualify potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm.
• Guide qualified clients smoothly into representation with the firm, fostering trust and confidence.

Skills Needed:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a sales position, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Results-orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel platforms, a plus.
• Experience in a law firm setting, especially in estate planning, is a strong plus.
