Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES -
+ Secure transportation projects with ODOT, city, and county agencies
+ Prepare detailed scope and fee proposals
+ Manage and track project financials and budgets
+ Oversee and maintain project schedules
+ Perform highway design and related computations
+ Ensure quality control and lead the preparation of detailed engineering designs for roadways, highways, and interchanges, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
+ Mentor and develop the skills of junior and entry-level highway design engineers.
+ Engage frequently with clients and prepare comprehensive project reports.
MUST HAVE -
+ Bachelors in Civil Engineering
+ Active PE registration
+ 10+ years’ of experience in a combination of highway design and project management
+ Preliminary and Final design experience with ODOT projects, specifications and guidelines preferred
+ Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software required
