Raytheon is seeking a Senior Engineer for the RF Antenna Team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves leading antenna and radome technology, collaborating with diverse teams, and providing technical oversight. Responsibilities include developing hardware requirements, analyzing performance data, and mentoring staff.

What You Will Do:

• Develop antenna/radome hardware and requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams
• Engage with antenna manufacturing suppliers
• Analyze simulation/test data for performance verification

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years in antenna design, simulation, or measurements
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• MS or PhD in electrical engineering
• Experience in technical presentations and conformal antenna design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of management processes and modeling tools
• Experience with GPS and telemetry antenna systems
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and HPC environments

The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $163,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, 401(k) match, and more.
