The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for working with customers for final payment during the cancellation process.

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for working with customers for final payment during the cancellation process.
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions:
- Handles collection of all Contractual Obligations owed to Client for full and/or product customer cancellations.
- Prepares, sends & tracks all Contractual Obligation Letters to customers for both full & product cancellations both timely and accurately.
- Works directly with internal Client Legal department & external Legal Representatives to handle Bankruptcy cases.
- Works directly with external Legal Counsel & 3rd Party regarding collections for Contractual Obligations due for full and/or product cancellations.
- Follows up with customers for outstanding obligation payments.
- Processes FTP/Data Extraction requests & provides information to AR Manager and RGM for review/approval.
- Consistently meets department SLA's regarding collection escalation process.
- Provides weekly/monthly reporting to Management regarding Contractual Obligations – paid vs. outstanding vs. waived.
- Contribute on projects, process, and systems to drive continuous improvement
- Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & Qualifications:
- Some college
- Minimum 2 years of Business to Business collections experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system
- Cognos Analytics reporting tool
- Dealership knowledge
- Bankruptcy laws/rulings knowledge.
