Senior Reserving Actuary - P&C - Ezra Penland

Experienced Reserving Actuary needed for unique New York opportunity overseeing quarterly casualty reserving functions and leading assumptions refinement projects. ACAS/FCAS will collaborate across departments and with leadership to form trusted relationships and increase accuracy. Must have 5+ years' experience including substantial casualty line focus, great communication skills, and previous leadership experience. Reinsurance background preferred. Base salary up to ~$210k plus generous bonus structure.
