About the Job
One of Boston's largest law firms is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to join their team in Boston, NYC, or Washington, DC. The Research Analyst will provide essential firm-wide research services to legal and non-legal staff. In return for your expertise and hard work, you'll receive:

The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for:
- Conduct high-level research and analysis in legal, business, and other areas
- Manage research requests according to department schedules and priorities
- Act as a subject-matter expert in practice, industry, or research type
- Mentor and oversee junior research staff
The ideal candidate for the research role will have a Master of Library Science degree or equivalent and 6+ years of progressive research experience in a law firm or corporate information center. You will also need:
- Superior knowledge of legal and business research using print and electronic resources
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate effectively, including writing and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
