This will be accomplished through but not limited to understanding existing customer footprint and use cases, daily customer sales activities, value realization, and usage measures.
The role involves the management of existing accounts through the renewal of enterprise agreements as well as finding new opportunities within the account base.
The Enterprise Renewals Account Manager will be based out of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Lehi, Denver, New York, or McLean offices.What You'll DoDrive and close renewal opportunities and upsell in the Strategic Commercial Enterprise space for our Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) programAssist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processesDrive DX Customer Retention using customer insights, usage, understanding of business issues and company objectivesLeverage Mutual Action Plans to drive on-time renewalsPlanning: Effective planning skills to plan out customer renewals and timelines throughout the FYTime management: Will work closely with Account Directors and Product Specialists to strategically plan customer retention and growth plans within each existing Adobe relationshipAdd additional growth to every renewal as well as uncover growth opportunities beyond the current Adobe relationshipWhat you need to succeed3-5 years of prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, with a proven track record of successPrior account management experience around the renewal of Enterprise Agreements, including understanding customer use cases, product usage, and legal termsUnderstanding the sales cycle and solution selling process into Strategic Accounts is helpful, but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be an active listenerExperience in prospect to closure and holding quota for your own territoryAccurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basisKeep accurate and up-to-date records of all deals in the CRM systemHighly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S.
pay range for this position is $105,500 -- $196,300 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
