Conduent Talent Acquisition is seeking candidates for the following position based remotely in the US to support our Talent Acquisition Strategy:
What can you expect?
- The opportunity to be part of a Sourcing team within an innovative talent acquisition function.
- Support the growth of the business by sourcing talent with critical or niche skills. This function will support finding top notch talent.
- Build and implement sourcing strategies in order to develop robust talent pools.

- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and called on to share your knowledge across the broader the extended TA team through training and one-on-one consultation.
We will count on you to:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand critical skills; develop creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile.
- Source a diverse pool of passive candidates through multiple channels including iCIMS applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, open web, social networks, professional groups, and networking tactics.
- Develop robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and future sales, account management and executive openings; identify, attract, and phone screen high-quality candidates for critical skills: maintain relationships with passive candidates for future openings.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines and market maps.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the market landscape.
- Partner with the marketing and communications teams, as needed to build robust strategies for candidate engagement.
What you need to have:
- Experience in, and a passion, for Talent Acquisition Sourcing… 3+ years of successfully hunting for corporate, professional, sales, account management and/or executive talent.
- The ability to cultivate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, leveraging job boards, social media, sourcing tools, technology and creative sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide consultation to internal Talent Acquisition and relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
What makes you stand out?
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience using ICIMS is preferred.
- Superuser of LinkedIn Recruiter
- A proven track record of sourcing and engaging talent including diverse talent pools through multiple channels.
- Specific knowledge and recruiting experience sourcing for the sales, corporate, executive and/or other professional level roles.
