WAGE RANGE*: $60-$65

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes that align with the company goals and values
- Write job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the required skills and
qualifications
- Post job openings on company website, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Source, screen and interview candidates using effective methods to assess their skills and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
- Manage the candidate's experience and ensure a positive impression of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and job postings.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using recruitment tools such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

The successful candidate will work with various departments to understand their hiring needs and create a recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent. The Specialist will manage the hiring process from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both the company and candidates.
The focus for this recruiting project is on 30+ sales people throughout the country.
