Job Description:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring the company attracts, selects, and hires high-quality candidates. This role requires collaboration with various departments to understand their human resource needs and meet those needs through effective recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement the company's overall recruitment strategy and plan. Forecast and meet future talent needs based on the company's growth goals and human resource planning.
Recruitment Process Management: Design and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manage recruitment channels, including online job boards, campus recruitment, and headhunting firms.
Job Requirement Analysis: Communicate with department heads to understand job requirements, draft job descriptions, and qualifications. Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities and qualification requirements.
Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, arrange interviews, and conduct initial interviews and evaluations of candidates. Coordinate interview schedules between department managers and candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote and enhance the employer brand to increase the company's attractiveness to job seekers. Participate in and organize various recruitment events and job fairs.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and provide improvement suggestions. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements:
Communicate with department heads to understand job requirements, draft job descriptions, and qualifications.
Ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities and qualification requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Over 5 years of recruitment-related work experience, with at least 2 years in recruitment management.
Experience in large enterprises or fast-growing companies is preferred.
Familiar with various recruitment channels and tools, with rich interviewing and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.
Strong data analysis skills, able to propose effective recruitment strategies based on data.

Highly responsible and team oriented.
Able to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
