Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic Senior Recruiter to help us find and attract dynamic leadership talent that shares our passion for food and a commitment to facilitating epicurean shopping experiences. In this critical role, you’ll partner with senior executives and department leadership to recruit inspiring leaders who will shape our future, cultivate teams that inspire creativity, and elevate the experience we provide to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational leadership roles across the company, including General Managers, Store Directors, etc.—ensuring we hire leaders who understand and champion the culinary experience we offer.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify and define the leadership characteristics, skills, and passion needed to bring our vision of an exceptional, food-centric shopping experience to life.
- Build and nurture a network of senior-level talent who not only excel in leadership but also have a deep appreciation for food culture and high-end grocery experiences.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates who demonstrate a genuine passion for food, customer experience, and innovation.
- Cultivate and sustain a pipeline of leadership talent from diverse backgrounds, ensuring candidates reflect our commitment to quality and customer-centric values.
- Conduct rigorous interviews and assessments to evaluate both leadership capabilities and passion for creating an unforgettable food shopping experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, sharing market insights and guiding the talent acquisition process to ensure top-tier hires.
- Develop creative, forward-thinking strategies for attracting diverse leadership talent from a variety of industries who are passionate about elevating the food experience.
- Stay up to date on trends in food culture, retail leadership, and recruitment to ensure we’re ahead of the curve in finding leaders who can push our brand to new heights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on senior-level roles, preferably in retail, grocery, or hospitality industries.
- A proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership teams, understanding not just the technical needs of the role, but also the passion and cultural fit required to create exceptional food experiences.
- A deep network of senior-level talent, especially those with a demonstrated passion for food, culinary arts, or epicurean experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates and leaders who share our vision.
- A deep understanding or curiosity for the specialty grocery landscape and a keen interest in food culture, trends, and creating extraordinary customer experiences.
- Expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates who are not just leaders, but also passionate food enthusiasts and innovators.
