Leidos Digital Modernization team is looking for Senior Records Management Strategist at our customer site at The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. As the Senior Records Management Strategist, you will need to be a high-energy, well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking subject management expert in records management with executive-level experience, familiarity with DoD CIO Information Enterprise (IE) and a Chief Staff role, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
This position is hybrid, however you must be within commuting distance of The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and must work in office at least 3 days a week. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to start.
What will you do in this role?
Manage and track records management of Government Accountability Office (GAO) and DoD Inspector General (DODIG) engagements involving the DoD CIO.
Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures for responding to GAO and DODIG engagement and audit findings and recommendations are followed, and responses are provided promptly.
Provide management oversight and coordination of a team of policy and standard resources.
Work with senior government officers to identify, collect, and manage customer technical and analytic requirements supporting DoD taskers.
Serve as POC for stakeholder requests and other communications regarding projects and taskers.
Manage project and taskers priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
Evaluate, manage, and assign requests for records and information related to DoD IT programs and policies and the responsible sharing of information and records with requestors by information management and release policies and assist assigned internal DoD CIO action officers with the management and completion of such requests.
Monitor team progress and develop status reports for the customer.
Attend customer meetings to provide status and communicate risks/roadblocks
Foster an environment of collaboration with the different team members to provide quality service and products to our customers.
Provide support to the Program Management Office (PMO) as needed, including:
Creating customer and internal Leidos presentations to update project or tasker status.
Updating and maintaining a program risk register regarding projects or taskers
Support task order lead and IDIQ PMO with any PM-related activities
Coordinate, manage, and oversee operations to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Develop DoD RA operational strategies for a dynamic and complex organization.
Direct and manage operational projects and ensure they are completed on time and according to the established guidelines.
Work closely with DCIO IE and other DoD CIO senior-level personnel to seek process improvement opportunities.
Manage DoD CIO IE taskers using DoD CATMS platform.
Coordinate with Government leaders to request presentations required for Government meetings and notify them of turnaround timelines.
Support the Government supervisor in all programmatic activities and execution activities.
Basic Qualifications:
PhD and 20 years of prior relevant experience OR Master's and 24 years OR Bachelor’s degree and 28+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
8+ years of relevant DoD, operations, and business experience.
Active Top Secret DoD clearance.
PMP certification is desired.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
US Citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI government security clearance required.
Working knowledge of the DoD Records Management strategy and guidelines.
Must be operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment.
Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organizational skills.
Flexible and forward-leaning especially with regards to operations and planning.
Excellent analytical skills.
Agility with task management, coordination, and execution.
Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision.
Exceptional communications, staffing, and decision-making skills.
Ability to share information and guide activities productively.
Superior presentation skills.
Experience interacting with government officials and senior military personnel.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management Systems (CATMS).
Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
