We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about quality processes and committed to driving standards of excellence in the aerospace and additive manufacturing industry.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of quality processes for an advanced manufacturing site, ensuring compliance, precision, and innovation in all things quality. You’ll perform internal audits to maintain AS9100 standards, work closely with engineering and sales teams to assess quality requirements, and deliver insights on cost and feasibility of inspections. From developing inspection protocols to enhancing ERP and MES systems, your work will directly impact our product integrity and customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate daily with program managers, engineers, technicians, and senior leadership, contributing to an environment that values high-quality outcomes and team-driven problem-solving. This role will report directly to the Director of Materials and Manufacturing Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and integration of quality processes into ERP/MES systems.
- Assess and audit existing or potential suppliers.
- Perform inspections across multiple stages of the manufacturing process, from post-print to final inspection.
- Provide timely assessments on quality requirements for incoming opportunities, supporting quoting on inspection costs.
- Actively engage in process improvement initiatives, enhancing workflows in design, quoting, and manufacturing.
- Over time, become a mentor and technical resource within the organization.

What You Bring to the Role:
- Aerospace quality and non-destructive testing experience.
- Proficiency with manufacturing and CNC machining processes.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
