Description/ Comment:
- A senior QA consultant is needed to lead the critical testing and deployment workstreams within a CRM Implementation Program. The program consists of a CRM platform migration from legacy Onyx CRM to Salesforce CRM, combined with the implementation of an Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solution.
- Work with the business and technology teams to create a library of test cases to support the component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing phases
- Ensure all documented requirements are represented in the test cases within the online release management system
- Coordinate the testing process between the development teams and testing participants
- Facilitate daily meetings to review testing results with the testing participants and the development team(s)
- * Coordinate the retesting of bug fixes and ensure all test cases have a final disposition of passed
- Maintain and publish the integrated program plan in Microsoft Project
- Manage the day-to-day testing and deployment workstream tasks to ensure milestones are being met
- Schedule timely meetings with stakeholders and prepare agendas
- Maintain an issues list and ensure open issues are brought to closure or escalated as needed
- Maintain all project documentation on a shared collaboration site
- Manage multiple priorities and provide direction to the workstream teams
- Provide weekly project reports to stakeholders focusing on status, change management, risk management and issues.
- Use influence skills to consult with business partners and technical project managers
- Foster teamwork and spirit of collaboration with business and technical partners
Additional Job Details:
- 3-5 Years' experience in testing phases of technology projects in the Financial Services industry
- Strong, proven business analysis and project management skills Demonstrated ability to balance priorities of simultaneous projects Strong judgment, issues management and problem analysis techniques Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a cross matrix environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to effectively manage your time Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Knowledge of Onyx CRM a plus Experience migrating data from on premise CRM solutions into cloud-based CRM solutions a plus
- Experience working with master data management tools is a plus
