The Senior Public and Analyst Relations Manager is a strategic function whose main objective is to develop and implement communication plans that return a positive perception of our brand . With a commitment to driving growth and innovation, this role will help develop messaging strategies by sourcing impactful data and testimonials . They will collaborate closely with industry influencers, analysts, thought leaders, customers, and vendors to both validate and advocate for the company's brand platform and go-to-market message . In addition, they will utilize research to inform leaders of key learnings to support business decisions , influence the brand, shape the product roadmap, and impact the sales funnel.
This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
Objectives of this role:
- Drive advocacy and awareness of Ingram Micro's value prop through various channel influencers /analysts
- Serve as a thought leader promoting Ingram Micro's go-to-market messaging
- Elevate our brand platform using data as evidence to tell our story
- Support executive decision making through c hannel updates and data trend analysis
- Position Ingram Micro as a valuable partner in the IT Channel
Your Role:
- Develop and lead global public relations strategy and communications ,
- Build editorial calendar to drive thought-leadership and brand awareness
- Guide execution team , in partnership with 3 rd party suppor t
- Source testimonials for messaging and obtain quantitative evidence
- Develop and lead the analyst relations strategy (including briefings, inquiries, event engagement, etc.)
- Develop unbiased analyst feedback loop to help inform product development and positioning
- A nalyze data a nd identify trends that help shape brand messaging and the respective marketing assets , including awards submissions , PR, video scripts, infographics and more
- Nurture and strengthen existing industry relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Work with Investor relations, legal and the Data team to determine publicly available facts, KPI's and data-focused stories that can be shared broadly to public audiences
- Manage market research & reporting to advise senior leaders and inform business decisions on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate closely with adjacent teams, including corporate communications, legal, investor relations and business category managers
What You Bring To The Role:
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of 10 years of public relations experience
- Analyst relations experience preferred, not required
- The ability to foster and sustain media connections

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,600.00 - $198,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
