Senior Property Accountant - Unity Search Group

UNITY is seeking a Property Accountant for a dynamic commercial real estate firm in the Arboretum area.  This is a full-time, in-office position offering a unique opportunity to gain broad accounting experience and take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting functions for properties.
• Reconciling balance sheet and monthly general ledger analysis.
• Journal entries, forecast cash flow and calculate monthly management fees.
• Work alongside property managers, owners and corporate staff.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial property accounting experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as required.
• Strong Microsoft Office
• Yardi or MRI required.
