Senior Property Accountant at Rezult Technology

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Property Accountant to fulfill an immediate permanent need.

This individual will be responsible for:

• Manage the full-cycle accounting for assigned properties on a monthly and quarterly basis—handle the cash management, bank reconciliations and paying vendors
• Assist team in bringing all property accounting in-house
• Preparing property financials and consolidating up to corporate
• Review the general ledger and reconcile GL accounts monthly for each entity and prepare financial reporting packets for assigned properties
• Prepare quarterly cash flow analyses and projections for each property and conduct them on a regular basis
• Assisting in the fixed assets process; performing month-end close for fixed assets and leases under GAAP and IFRS standards
• Reviewing CAPEX cost requests and maintaining project information to present monthly data
• Light CAM work as assigned
• Preparing analysis for reporting for investors, leadership and auditors
• Maintaining documentation for internal controls and handling ad hoc requests for reporting to include investor reports

We are actively speaking with candidates that have:

• 3+ years of progressive property accounting and fixed assets experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Intermediate Excel skills to include pivot tables and vlookups
