Project Manager

Summary:
Lead and manage complex projects to achieve objectives within budget and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure effective documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate project resources, track schedules, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, reporting, and deliverables.
• Motivate teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project outcomes.
• Recommend improvements through critical analysis of projects and processes.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (or 4 years additional experience in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years as a project manager or team lead managing large budgets.
• PMP Certification and knowledge of Agile Scrum preferred.

Skills:

• Expertise in project planning and lifecycle development.
• Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strategic alignment with corporate goals.
