Senior Project Manager - LHH

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our construction projects to successful completion. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be the key decision-maker responsible for overseeing large and complex projects across various sectors, including bid-build, design-build, tenant improvements, renovations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead project initiatives by developing effective strategies, managing costs, and analyzing project data to ensure successful outcomes.
• Project Assessment: Assess the viability and constructability of projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and overall project objectives.
• Cost Management: Generate comprehensive project cost estimates through detailed analysis, including site visits and vendor consultations, to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Documentation Oversight: Manage all project-related documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, and procurement processes, while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or 10 years of construction experience in specific job scope.
• Experience leading teams on multiple large projects.
• Must have experience in commercial construction.
