This division, with $10–$12 million in annual revenue, is poised for significant growth and seeks a leader to oversee projects, develop operational processes, and eventually lead the construction department.
This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in project management, pre-construction processes, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner during a transition period, with the long-term goal of assuming full leadership of the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of vertical construction projects, including pre-construction, estimating, and execution. Average project sizes range from $1.5–$3 million.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operational Development: Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Strategic Growth: Drive market share and profitability with a target of 10–15% year-over-year growth.
- Change Management: Execute and manage change orders, aiming for 8–10% of project value.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and administrative staff while preparing to lead the construction department.

- Senior-level project management experience in vertical construction, including clubhouses and monument signs.
