We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager (commercial roofing) to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of construction projects, with a focus on commercial roofing. Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Leading a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.
4. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available when needed.
5. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings, identifying any issues or delays and implementing effective solutions.
7. Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on commercial roofing.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
