Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of structural steel and bridge fabrication projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the structural steel and bridge fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural steel and bridge fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on structural steel and bridge fabrication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of structural steel and bridge fabrication processes and standards.
