Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution of healthcare and life science projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any construction-related issues.
Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the healthcare and life science construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
